Grapefruit can raise rifabutin levels, St. John's wort speeds omeprazole out of the body enough to undercut the treatment, and heavy alcohol adds strain to a liver already handling three drugs at once.
Most of this long list works through the liver enzymes that process rifabutin and omeprazole, nudging their levels up or down, while probiotics simply get killed by the amoxicillin unless doses are spaced well apart, and activated charcoal or bulky fibers can block absorption outright.
