This list argues otherwise, and it warrants genuine care. Three of the 174 ingredients on file rate major. St. John's Wort is the best documented, shown in human studies to speed up how the liver clears omeprazole until the drug quietly stops controlling acid, and activated charcoal can blunt its absorption outright.
