Foster Regal Beta Glucan is a single-ingredient product: beta 1,3 glucan, a carbohydrate compound derived from yeast or fungi. The tablet also contains inactive ingredients (calcium carbonate, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, and vegetable magnesium stearate), which are fillers and binders that help form and hold the tablet together.
