Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Partial disclosure
This product has 6 ingredients total. The active components are Delta 8 THC, CBN, phytocannabinoid-rich hemp extract, and grape seed oil.
Delta 8 and CBN are cannabinoids—compounds from cannabis—while the hemp extract delivers additional phytocannabinoids (plant compounds from the hemp plant). Grape seed oil is a botanical extract known for its antioxidants.
We hold no data on how the labeled active ingredients and total cannabinoids breakdown, and the product contains no inactive fillers or other excipients listed.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
Grape seed oil has possibly effective evidence for chronic venous insufficiency (CVI)—a condition where veins struggle to return blood from the legs—but the evidence is limited. For allergic rhinitis (hay fever), obesity, and chemotherapy-induced nausea, the data suggests it's possibly ineffective.
Hemp extract's effectiveness isn't established in our data; we hold insufficient reliable evidence for constipation, eczema, and high cholesterol (familial hypercholesterolemia). We have no effectiveness ratings for Delta 8 THC, CBN, or the total cannabinoid content.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Grape seed oil is generally well tolerated in studies. Most side effects are mild—abdominal pain, diarrhea, dry mouth, heartburn, headache, joint pain, and nausea.
Anaphylaxis to grape skin is rare. Hemp extract is also generally well tolerated in food amounts; larger supplemental doses are less studied.
Mild allergic reactions and hives have been reported rarely, and anaphylaxis is rare. One case described elevated liver enzymes and hepatitis in a young child given a very high dose of hemp extract for seizures, but this was an extreme scenario.
For pregnancy, concentrated grape supplements should be avoided due to limited safety data; grape food is fine. Hemp seed food is likely okay in normal amounts, but concentrated extracts should be avoided.
For breastfeeding, there isn't enough information on concentrated grape or hemp supplements, so talk with your doctor or pharmacist. We hold no safety data for Delta 8 THC, CBN, or the total cannabinoid content.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check these medication types before using this product: blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (anticoagulants) because grape seed oil and hemp may increase bleeding risk; cyclosporine for organ transplants, because grape seed oil can cut its absorption by up to 30%; antihypertensive drugs and ACE inhibitors, because hemp may lower blood pressure further; medications broken down by CYP3A4 or CYP1A2 enzymes in your liver, because grape and hemp may change their levels; and hormone therapy, because hemp showed estrogenic effects in animals. Ask your pharmacist whether your exact medications are on the affected list.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glancePartially disclosed formula with some supporting evidence behind its ingredients' uses. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This product pairs grape seed oil—which has some evidence for leg circulation issues—with hemp extract and cannabinoids whose effects aren't established. The grape seed oil interacts with over 1,000 medications and a few drug categories carry real risk (blood thinners, cyclosporine, some sedatives).

Delta 8 THC + CBN 300 mg by FluxxLab Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Delta 8 THC + CBN 300 mg by FluxxLab contains grape seed oil and hemp extract—two ingredients with documented interactions.
We can't check Delta 8 THC, CBN, or the broader cannabinoid blend itself because we hold no interaction data for them.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Grape seed oil's most serious interactions are Moderate in severity and affect how your liver breaks down certain medications. It may reduce levels of CYP1A2 substrates (a small study showed grape juice lowered phenacetin levels), theoretically increase CYP2D6 substrates, and either increase or decrease CYP3A4 substrates—the evidence is mixed and mostly from lab work, not humans.
It can also reduce cyclosporine absorption by up to 30%; if you take that immunosuppressant, separate your dose from this product by at least 2 hours. Grape seed oil may also increase bleeding risk if you're on blood thinners (anticoagulants) or antiplatelet drugs, and might decrease midazolam effectiveness with long-term use.
Hemp extract carries Minor-severity interactions. It may have additive blood-pressure-lowering effects with antihypertensive drugs and ACE inhibitors, theoretically raise bleeding risk with anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs (though human data is limited), and possibly decrease the effects of CYP1A2 and CYP3A4 substrates through enzyme induction.
Hemp also interacts with estrogens; it showed estrogenic activity in animal models, which could interfere with hormone therapy.
Three ingredients—Active Ingredients, Total Cannabinoids, and CBN—we could not check against our interaction data. Altogether, these interactions span 1,018 individual medications.

For each ingredient in Delta 8 THC + CBN 300 mg with known interactions, here are the types of medications they can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Phytocannabinoid-Rich Hemp extract
Estrogens
Theoretically, hemp might interfere with hormone therapy due to its estrogenic effects.
In an ovariectomized animal model, a diet containing hemp seed 1%, 2%, or 10% resulted in normalized plasma levels of 17-beta-estradiol. The mechanism of action for this effect is unclear.
Ace Inhibitors (Aceis)
Theoretically, consuming hemp seed protein isolate with ACE inhibitors might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Hemp seed protein hydrolysate has shown ACE inhibitor-like effects in a hypertensive animal model. However, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans. Until more is known, monitor blood pressure and potassium levels.
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In animal research, hemp seed at 5% of the diet inhibits platelet aggregation in vitro. However, in human research, taking hemp seed oil 2 grams daily for 12 weeks does not inhibit the aggregation of platelets in vitro.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed protein may have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
In a hypertensive animal model, hemp seed protein hydrolysate reduced systolic blood pressure by a mechanism possibly involving the inhibition of renin and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activities. However, there was no effect of hemp seed protein on blood pressure in normotensive animals. Furthermore, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP3A4 enzymes.
Grape seed Oil
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, grape extracts may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro evidence suggests that grape extracts might decrease platelet aggregation.
Cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune)
Ingesting grape juice with cyclosporine can reduce cyclosporine absorption.
A small pharmacokinetic study in healthy young adults shows that intake of purple grape juice 200 mL along with cyclosporine can decrease the absorption of cyclosporine by up to 30% when compared with water. Separate doses of grape juice and cyclosporine by at least 2 hours to avoid this interaction.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, grape juice might reduce the levels of CYP1A2 substrates.
A small pharmacokinetic study in healthy adults shows that ingestion of 200 mL of grape juice decreases phenacetin plasma levels. This is thought to be due to induction of CYP1A2.
Cytochrome P450 2D6 (Cyp2D6) Substrates
Theoretically, grape seed extract may increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro evidence suggests that grape seed extract might inhibit CYP2D6 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2E1 (Cyp2E1) Substrates
Theoretically, grape seed extract might increase the levels of CYP2E1 substrates.
In vitro and animal research suggests that grape seed proanthocyanidin extract inhibits CYP2E1 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
It is unclear if grape seed extract inhibits or induces CYP3A4; research is conflicting.
In vitro evidence suggests that grape seed extract might inhibit CYP3A4 enzymes. However, evidence from animal research shows that grape seed extract may induce CYP3A4 in the liver. So far, these interactions have not been reported in humans.
Midazolam (Versed)
Theoretically, long-term intake of grape seed extract might decrease the effects of midazolam.
Animal research shows that subchronic ingestions of grape seed extract can increase the elimination of intravenous midazolam by increasing hepatic CYP3A4 activity. Single doses of grape seed extract do not appear to affect midazolam elimination.
Phenacetin
Grape juice might decrease phenacetin absorption.
A small pharmacokinetic study in healthy adults shows that ingestion of 200 mL of grape juice decreases phenacetin plasma levels. This is thought to be due to induction of cytochrome P450 1A2 (CYP1A2).
Cytochrome P450 2C9 (Cyp2C9) Substrates
It is unclear if grape juice or grape seed extract inhibits CYP2C9; research is conflicting.
In vitro evidence shows that grape seed extract or grape juice might inhibit CYP2C9 enzymes. However, a small pharmacokinetic study in healthy adults shows that drinking 8 ounces of grape juice once does not affect the clearance of flurbiprofen, a probe-drug for CYP2C9 metabolism. The effects of continued grape juice consumption are unclear.
