Dual Action Grow Tabs(TM) used in combination with proper diet and exercise can significantly increase lean muscle mass.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Take 1-2 capsules per day. Best results seen when used for 3-6 weeks continuously. Suspend use of this product after no more than 6 weeks. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day.
