Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Directions: Adults and children age 12+, take 4 capsules (under age 12, take 2 capsules) daily for at least eight weeks. For best results, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening. Once desired results are achieved, a maintenance dose of 1 capsule twice daily can be used. Results are usually seen withing 8-12 weeks and improve with continued use.
