L-citrulline and L-citrulline DL-malate are listed separately but serve related roles in circulation and athletic output. L-tyrosine is an amino acid your body uses to make neurotransmitters and thyroid hormones.
Beta-alanine is a precursor to carnosine, a compound involved in muscle function during exercise. The remaining ingredients — salt, acid, flavoring, sweeteners, emulsifier, and color — are inactive and serve to make the powder taste and mix well.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
L-citrulline is possibly effective for athletic performance; the evidence for cardiovascular disease, heart failure, and diabetes is too limited to rate. For sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss), it's rated possibly ineffective.
L-tyrosine is effective for phenylketonuria (a rare metabolic disorder) and possibly effective for cognitive function and memory, though possibly ineffective for athletic performance. Beta-alanine is possibly effective for athletic and physical performance; evidence for cognitive decline, COPD, cognitive function, and menopausal symptoms hasn't been established.
Because this is a blend, your results depend on the dose and your individual response — but the amino acids here are targeted at workout performance and muscle support.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
L-citrulline is generally well tolerated, though the long-term safety record isn't complete. The most common side effects are gastrointestinal discomfort and heartburn; a small number of people with pulmonary hypertension reported cough.
L-tyrosine is also generally well tolerated, with no serious adverse effects documented, though fatigue, headache, heartburn, and nausea have been reported, especially at higher doses. Beta-alanine is generally well tolerated but commonly causes harmless tingling and flushing of the skin (paresthesia) — this typically starts on the scalp within 20 minutes and lasts about an hour; the sensation is mild at lower doses and more pronounced at higher ones.
For pregnancy, there isn't enough safety data for L-citrulline, L-tyrosine, or beta-alanine, so those ingredients should be avoided unless a doctor advises otherwise. Breastfeeding safety is similarly unknown for all three.

Recommended for physically active people and strength training athletes.

L-Citrulline DL-Malate
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, concomitant use of L-citrulline with antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects and increase the chance of hypotension.
L-citrulline is converted to L-arginine, which can increase nitric oxide and cause vasodilation. However, a meta-analysis of 5 small clinical studies suggests that taking L-citrulline 3-6 grams daily for 1-8 weeks does not lower blood pressure when compared with control.
Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibitors
Theoretically, concurrent use of phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitors and L-citrulline might result in additive vasodilation.
L-citrulline is converted to L-arginine, which can increase nitric oxide and cause vasodilation. Theoretically, taking L-arginine with PDE-5 inhibitors might have additive vasodilatory and hypotensive effects. However, in studies evaluating the combined use of L-arginine and sildenafil for erectile dysfunction, hypotension was not reported.
L-Tyrosine
Levodopa
Theoretically, tyrosine might decrease the effectiveness of levodopa.
Tyrosine and levodopa compete for absorption in the proximal duodenum by the large neutral amino acid (LNAA) transport system. Advise patients to separate doses of tyrosine and levodopa by at least 2 hours.
Thyroid Hormone
Theoretically, tyrosine might have additive effects with thyroid hormone medications.
Tyrosine is a precursor to thyroxine and might increase levels of thyroid hormones.
