This softgel contains three active ingredients. Lecithin is a phospholipid that supports cell membrane structure.
Inositol, also called myo-inositol, is a carbohydrate compound involved in cell signaling and glucose metabolism. Choline is a nutrient essential for brain function, liver health, and muscle control.
The product also includes a soft gel shell as an inactive ingredient.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence for what this combination does is mixed. Lecithin is likely ineffective for Alzheimer disease; for age-related cognitive decline and liver health in people on IV nutrition (TPN-associated hepatic steatosis), there isn't enough reliable evidence to say.
Inositol shows promise for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), metabolic syndrome, and preterm labor (all possibly effective), but appears possibly ineffective for anxiety and depression. Choline's effectiveness for athletic performance, bronchitis, cognitive decline, liver health, hay fever, and Alzheimer disease is either unproven or insufficient evidence exists.

How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Lecithin, inositol, and choline are generally well tolerated at typical doses. The most common side effects are digestive: abdominal pain, diarrhea, gas, nausea, and a feeling of fullness — usually mild.
Choline at high doses (9 grams daily or more, well above what's in this product) can cause a fishy body odor, sweating, and vomiting. Lecithin can trigger allergic skin reactions in people with egg or soy allergies.
For pregnancy and lactation: lecithin and choline are likely safe; inositol is possibly safe in pregnancy but should be used only under medical supervision because safety is not fully established. Choline needs are higher while breastfeeding — discuss supplementing with your healthcare provider.
