Setria L-Glutathione is the main active compound, a powerful antioxidant your cells produce naturally to fight oxidative stress. Non-GMO sunflower oil rounds out the blend as part of the liposomal delivery system, which wraps the glutathione in tiny fat-based capsules to help it survive digestion.
The capsule itself is made of methylcellulose, an inactive ingredient that holds everything together.

The evidence for this product's ingredients is mixed. Setria L-Glutathione shows possibly effective evidence for protecting nerves from cisplatin (a chemotherapy drug) — one of the few uses with some research backing.
