MycoMIND Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking MycoMIND against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
MycoMIND has two active ingredients. Lion's Mane is a mushroom extract that supporters use for brain health and cognitive function.
Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) is a compound found in food. The product also contains several inactive ingredients — a vegetable capsule, ascorbyl palmitate (a form of vitamin C), and silica — that hold and protect the actives.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence for Lion's Mane isn't yet established in the data we hold. Studies haven't provided reliable proof that it helps with Alzheimer disease, anxiety, athletic performance, cancer, general cognitive function, or cognitive impairment.
That doesn't mean it doesn't work — it means the research so far isn't solid enough to rate it. We have no effectiveness data on file for PQQ.
How safe is it?
Some data gaps
Lion's Mane is generally well tolerated when eaten as a food, but its long-term safety as a supplement hasn't been studied well. The most common side effects are gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, and skin rash.
The safety data advises against Lion's Mane during pregnancy and while breastfeeding — there isn't enough information to know it's safe in those times. We have no safety data on file for PQQ.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before taking MycoMIND, check with your pharmacist if you take blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel), diabetes medications, or immunosuppressants. These are the drug types with documented moderate-severity interactions with Lion's Mane.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no established evidence rating for its marketed use. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and some safety-information gaps remain.
MycoMIND may be worth considering if you're curious about Lion's Mane for cognitive support, but the evidence for it isn't firm yet. If you take a blood thinner, diabetes medication, or an immunosuppressant, talk with your pharmacist before starting.
Ask your pharmacist or doctor about your specific medications — the interaction list is large.

MycoMIND by NS Natural Stacks Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
MycoMIND by NS Natural Stacks contains Lion's Mane, which does interact with some medications.
The most serious concern is with blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (like warfarin and aspirin) — Lion's Mane may theoretically increase bleeding risk because test-tube research suggests it can slow blood clotting.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Lion's Mane may also have additive effects with diabetes medications, potentially lowering blood sugar further, and it might interfere with immune-suppressing drugs used after transplants or for autoimmune conditions. The product also contains Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ), which we could not check for interactions.
Altogether, these interactions span 322 individual medications. Because the number is large, run your exact medications through the checker on this page before you start — especially if you take a blood thinner, diabetes drug, or immunosuppressant.
