PS100 contains one active ingredient: phosphatidylserine at 100 mg per softgel. Phosphatidylserine is a naturally occurring compound found in cell membranes, thought to support brain function and cognitive health.
The capsule also contains several inactive ingredients — medium chain triglyceride, bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, sunflower lecithin, silicon dioxide, mixed tocopherols, and ascorbyl palmitate — which serve as the capsule shell and preservatives.

Moderate evidence
The evidence for phosphatidylserine is mixed. It's rated possibly effective for age-related cognitive decline and Alzheimer disease, meaning there's some supportive evidence but it's not definitive.
For athletic performance, ADHD, general cognitive function, and dementia, the evidence is too limited or unreliable to rate it either way — we don't have enough good data to say whether it works for those uses.
How safe is it?

Phosphatidylserine is generally well tolerated in studies, though long-term safety data is limited. The most common side effects from oral use are flatulence, gastrointestinal upset, headache, insomnia, and nausea — with gastrointestinal symptoms possible at doses around 200–300 mg daily and insomnia more likely at higher doses (around 600 mg).
There isn't enough safety information to use this supplement during pregnancy, so it's best to avoid it. Safety while breastfeeding is also unknown, so avoidance is recommended if you're nursing.
