Moderate evidence
The evidence for fulvic acid's uses—respiratory infections, lead toxicity, eczema, fatigue, and hay fever—is insufficient to rate. Rosemary shows possibly effective evidence for memory, but evidence for cognitive decline, hair loss, and fatty liver disease is also insufficient.
Tragacanth's effectiveness for constipation and diarrhea is not established in our data. Overall, reliable human data supporting the product's intended benefits is limited.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Fulvic acid appears generally well tolerated in short-term use, though high-quality safety data in humans is limited. Common side effects include diarrhea, headache, and sore throat.
A rare serious adverse effect, Kashin-Beck bone disease, has been reported orally. Rosemary in food amounts is considered safe, but concentrated forms may cause allergic skin reactions, mouth swelling, or occupational asthma in sensitive people, and the undiluted oil may trigger seizures.
Tragacanth can cause asthma symptoms in people sensitive to quillaia bark. The safety notes advise against fulvic acid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to insufficient data.
For rosemary and tragacanth, medicinal doses should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Gum Tragacanth, Powder
Oral Drugs
Theoretically, tragacanth might alter absorption of oral drugs.
Tragacanth contains hydrocolloidal fiber which can decrease, increase, or not affect oral drug absorption. To avoid changes in absorption, take tragacanth 30-60 minutes after oral medications.
Biodynamic organic Rosemary Hydrosol
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, rosemary may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro and animal research suggests that rosemary inhibits platelet aggregation.
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, taking rosemary with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Animal research shows that rosemary extract can decrease blood glucose levels in diabetic models. However, research in humans is conflicting. Although rosemary powder decreased blood glucose levels in healthy adults, no change in blood glucose levels was seen in adults with type 2 diabetes, most of whom were taking antidiabetes drugs.
Aspirin
Theoretically, rosemary might have additive effects with salicylate-containing drugs such as aspirin.
Rosemary is reported to contain salicylates.
Choline Magnesium Trisalicylate (Trilisate)
Theoretically, rosemary might have additive effects with salicylate-containing drugs such as choline magnesium trisalicylate.
Rosemary is reported to contain salicylate.
Salsalate (Disalcid)
Theoretically, rosemary might have additive effects with salicylate-containing drugs such as salsalate.
Rosemary is reported to contain salicylate.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, rosemary might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that rosemary induces CYP1A2 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Fulvic Acid
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid may decrease the effectiveness of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro evidence shows that fulvic acid, formed from the oxidation and polymerization of protocatechuic acid, can shorten prothrombin time in human plasma, increasing the risk of clot formation.
Immunosuppressants
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid might decrease the effects of immunosuppressive therapy.
Animal research shows that fulvic acid stimulates immune function.
Thyroid Hormone
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid with thyroid hormone therapy might interfere with the ability to normalize thyroid function.
Animal research shows that fulvic acid increases the plasma level of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and decreases the thyroxine (T4):triiodothyronine (T3) ratio.
