Clinical
Norms Medicated Wipes witch hazel is a cloth-based topical product containing witch hazel extract. Witch hazel is commonly used as an astringent in over-the-counter products and is typically applied to the skin to help tone and refresh. This product is marketed under the FDA's OTC monograph rules, which means it follows established safety and use guidelines for this category of skin care products rather than being individually reviewed by the FDA.
