Memantine, Donepezil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, strongly inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme.

Namzaric combines two Alzheimer's medicines: donepezil and memantine. Donepezil is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found spiked with a stimulant called BMPEA, and lab testing suggests BMPEA can block CYP2D6. If that enzyme is slowed down, donepezil could build up in your body more than expected.

What that might look like: stronger donepezil side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, a slow heartbeat, or trouble sleeping. To be fair, this concern comes only from test-tube research, not real patients, so it's theoretical. Still, between the unknown stimulants and the heart effects, I'd avoid this supplement and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Memantine, Donepezil also falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Namzaric is a combination of two Alzheimer's medicines: donepezil and memantine. The concern here is mostly with the donepezil part, which is partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found spiked with a hidden stimulant (BMPEA), and in lab studies that compound slowed this enzyme a bit. If it slows the enzyme in the body too, donepezil could build up slightly and bump up its usual side effects, like nausea, diarrhea, slow heart rate, dizziness, or muscle cramps.

Honestly, this is theoretical and only based on test-tube data, so I wouldn't panic. The bigger worry is the unapproved stimulant itself. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two.
