Morphine Sulfate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, strongly inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme.

Here's the honest picture with morphine. The concern on file is that some Acacia rigidula products are secretly spiked with a stimulant called BMPEA, which in lab dishes blocks an enzyme called CYP2D6. The thing is, morphine isn't really cleared by CYP2D6 in any major way (it's mostly handled by a different process called glucuronidation), so a CYP2D6 block isn't likely to pile up morphine in your body the way it might for some other opioids.

That said, this is a hidden stimulant meeting a strong sedative, and that mismatch alone is worth respecting. The evidence here is only test-tube level, so I'm not raising alarms, but please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them. Never adjust your morphine on your own.

Morphine is used to manage acute (short-term) and chronic (long-term) pain that is severe enough to need an opioid and that hasn't been adequately treated by other options. The higher-concentration liquid form is reserved for adults who are already opioid-tolerant — meaning their body is used to opioid medications.
