Conjugated Estrogens falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Here's the connection: your body clears conjugated estrogens partly through a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found spiked with a stimulant called BMPEA, and lab studies suggest BMPEA can slow that same enzyme down by about a third. If the enzyme works slower, estrogen could clear less quickly and build up a bit, which in theory might mean more estrogen-type effects like breast tenderness, bloating, nausea, headaches, or spotting.

I want to be honest, though, this is only theoretical and based on test-tube research, not real people. The bigger worry for me is that these products can hide an unapproved stimulant at all. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two.
