Pexidartinib Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Here's the situation with pexidartinib (Turalio) and Acacia rigidula products. Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to help clear pexidartinib. Some Acacia rigidula supplements have been found spiked with a stimulant called BMPEA, and in lab tests that compound slowed down CYP3A4 by about a third. If that happened in a person, pexidartinib could build up higher than intended.

For a cancer drug like this, that's worth taking seriously, since more drug in your system can mean worse side effects like nausea, fatigue, hair color changes, swelling, and especially liver problems, which Turalio already carries a serious warning about. To be fair, this is only a theory from test-tube work, not proven in people. Still, given the safety concerns with these products, please talk with your oncologist or pharmacist before using anything containing Acacia rigidula.
