Toremifene Citrate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Here's the concern with pairing this one with Toremifene (Fareston). Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to break down toremifene. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found to contain a hidden stimulant called BMPEA, and lab testing suggests BMPEA can slow that enzyme down. If toremifene clears more slowly, its levels could creep up. That matters because toremifene can affect heart rhythm (a QT prolongation risk), so higher levels could mean more chance of that, plus side effects like hot flashes, nausea, or dizziness.

I'll be honest: this is based only on test-tube data, not real patients, so it's theoretical. Still, with a cancer medicine I'd play it safe. Please check with your oncologist or pharmacist before using any Acacia rigidula product.
