Arimistane (sometimes sold as Estrovade) is a synthetic aromatase inhibitor marketed as a dietary supplement to lower estrogen and raise testosterone, often during or after steroid or prohormone cycles. It is not a true dietary ingredient, has very little human safety data, and U.S. regulators have warned against products containing aromatase inhibitors. What Is Aliskiren Used For?

Brand name: Tekturna

Aliskiren tablets — available as the brand Tekturna and as generic aliskiren — are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults and in children who are at least 6 years old and weigh 50 kg (about 110 lbs) or more. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of strokes and heart attacks.

Controlling blood pressure is most effective as part of a broader plan that may include healthy eating, exercise, reducing sodium, and managing other risk factors like cholesterol and blood sugar. Many people need more than one blood pressure medicine to reach their goal.
