Here's the thing to know about this combo. Your medication, Monopril HCT, contains hydrochlorothiazide, a water pill that's already well known for making skin more sensitive to sunlight. Some goosefoot-family plants like arrach have also been linked to photosensitivity, meaning easier sunburns. So in theory, pairing the two could stack that effect, leaving you more likely to burn quickly or break out in a rash after time outdoors.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on plant chemistry, not solid human studies, so don't panic. Practical good sense covers most of it: use sunscreen, wear a hat, and limit strong midday sun. Before adding any herbal product, run it past your pharmacist or doctor first.
