Hydrochlorothiazide, Moexipril falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Ash interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of ash seed with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects. Animal research shows that ash seed extract can decrease blood pressure. This effect has not been evaluated in humans. Until more is known, use cautiously in patients taking antihypertensive drugs.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

Uniretic combines two blood pressure medicines: hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill) and moexipril (an ACE inhibitor). Both already work to bring your numbers down. The thinking here is that ash seed might also nudge blood pressure lower, so stacking it on top could add to that effect.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. This comes only from animal studies, and it has never been tested in people, so we really don't know how much it matters. Still, if your pressure drops too far, you could feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint when standing up. If you'd like to try ash, check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and keep an eye on your blood pressure readings.
