Why this applies to Telmisartan, Amlodipine

Telmisartan, Amlodipine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Ash interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of ash seed with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects. Animal research shows that ash seed extract can decrease blood pressure. This effect has not been evaluated in humans. Until more is known, use cautiously in patients taking antihypertensive drugs.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

Twynsta combines two blood pressure medicines: telmisartan (which relaxes blood vessels) and amlodipine (which also widens them). Ash seed extract has, in animal studies only, shown a mild blood pressure lowering effect of its own. So the concern here is simple addition: if you take ash alongside your Twynsta, your pressure could in theory drop a little lower than expected.

To be clear, this has not been tested in people, so we're working from lab and animal hints, not real human proof. If your numbers do run low, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or tired, especially standing up. I wouldn't panic, but it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding ash, and keep an eye on your home readings.
