Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
VASODILATORS
Why this applies to Vardenafil
Vardenafil falls under VASODILATORS — the group Beer interacts with.
Acute alcohol intoxication can increase the risk of hypotension and additive effects with vasodilators.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the thing about Levitra (vardenafil): it widens blood vessels to help blood flow into the penis, which can also gently lower your blood pressure. Beer, because of the alcohol in it, can do the same thing. Put them together and those effects can stack up.
So when you combine the two, especially after a few drinks, you may feel dizzy, lightheaded, or flushed, get a headache, or feel your heart racing. Standing up quickly might make you feel faint. A single beer probably won't cause much trouble for most men, but heavier drinking raises the risk of your blood pressure dropping too low. If you enjoy a beer now and then, it's worth running it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can tailor the advice to you.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Vardenafil page
“Vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn), the erectile dysfunction pill, is broken down by a single liver enzyme, CYP3A4, and that one fact shapes most of this page. Supplements that block the enzyme, grapefruit being the best documented, can push vardenafil levels up and intensify its side effects, while St.”

About Beer
What is Beer?
- Social and recreational drinking
- Relaxation
- Heart health (popular belief)
- Bone health (popular belief)
- Source of antioxidants and B vitamins
Beer is an alcoholic beverage that contains some minerals, B vitamins, and plant compounds from hops and grain, but it is not a health supplement. Any possible benefits come only from light-to-moderate intake, and they are easily outweighed by the well-known harms of alcohol. The safest amount of alcohol for health is none, and beer should be avoided in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
About Vardenafil
What Is Vardenafil Used For?
Brand names: Levitra, Staxyn
Vardenafil tablets and orally disintegrating tablets are both indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction — difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex.
Sexual stimulation is required for vardenafil to work. It does not cause an erection on its own.
