Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin, Carisoprodol
Aspirin, Carisoprodol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Berberine interacts with.
In vitro and in vivo research suggest that berberine can inhibit platelet aggregation. Theoretically, berberine might have additive effects when used with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Soma Compound contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a little by making your platelets less sticky. Berberine appears to do something similar. In lab and animal studies (not human trials yet), it slowed platelet clumping, so pairing the two could, in theory, add up and raise your bleeding risk a bit.
What that might look like in real life: easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset and dark stools (aspirin can irritate the stomach lining on its own). Keep in mind this is a theoretical concern based on weak evidence, so don't panic. Still, before adding berberine, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can weigh it for your situation.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Carisoprodol page
“This is one of the longer interaction lists on the site, and for Soma Compound (aspirin plus the muscle relaxant carisoprodol) the caution is earned. Of the 266 supplements and herbs on file, just over 200 push in the same direction as aspirin itself, thinning the blood and raising the odds of bleeding.”
