Amifampridine Phosphate falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with Firdapse (amifampridine): one of its known side effects is that it can lower your seizure threshold, meaning it can make seizures a little more likely, especially at higher doses. EEG biofeedback, a type of mind-body training, has also been linked in some reports to nudging that seizure threshold downward in certain people. So in theory, doing both together could add up and slightly raise the chance of a seizure.

I want to be honest that this is largely a theoretical concern, and biofeedback itself is very safe for most people. It's not a reason to panic or stop anything. But because Firdapse already carries a seizure caution, I'd mention to your neurologist or pharmacist that you're considering biofeedback so they can give you the okay.
