Epoetin Alfa-Epbx falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the connection in plain terms. Retacrit (epoetin alfa) boosts your red blood cell count to treat anemia, and one known but uncommon side effect is that it can raise your risk of seizures, especially if your blood pressure climbs too high while your red cell count rises. EEG biofeedback, a type of brain-training, has been theorized to lower the seizure threshold in certain people too. The worry is simply that two things that can each nudge seizure risk might add up.

I want to keep this in perspective: this is mostly theoretical and not a strong, well-proven interaction. Most people use both safely. Still, if you have a seizure history, it's worth mentioning to your doctor or pharmacist so they can keep an eye on your blood pressure and overall picture.
