Theoretically, taking black seed with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Clinical research suggests that black seed powder and oil might reduce blood pressure by 2-3 mmHg. In animal research, black seed modestly reduces blood pressure and concomitant use of black seed and amlodipine (Norvasc) or metoprolol (Lopressor) increased the blood pressure lowering effects of these drugs.

Celiprolol is a beta-blocker that helps lower your blood pressure and ease the workload on your heart. Black seed has its own mild blood-pressure-lowering effect, usually only about 2 to 3 mmHg in studies. When you stack the two together, those effects can add up, so your pressure may dip a little lower than expected.

In real life that might show up as feeling lightheaded, dizzy, tired, or a bit faint, especially when you stand up quickly. The good news is this is a modest interaction, and the evidence is fairly limited. Food-amounts of black seed as a spice are unlikely to matter much, but concentrated supplements or oils are a different story. Before adding a black seed supplement, just check in with your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your readings.
