Hydrochlorothiazide, Moexipril falls under ACE INHIBITORS (ACEIs) — the group Capsicum interacts with.

Theoretically, using topical capsaicin may increase the risk of ACE inhibitor-induced cough.
There is one case report of a topically applied capsaicin cream contributing to the cough reflex in a patient using an ACEI. However, it is unclear if this interaction is clinically significant.

Uniretic combines a water pill (hydrochlorothiazide) with moexipril, which belongs to the ACE inhibitor family. One known quirk of ACE inhibitors is that they can cause a dry, nagging cough in some people. There's a single case report suggesting that capsaicin cream rubbed on the skin might nudge that cough reflex a bit more, since capsaicin acts on the same nerve pathways involved in coughing.

Honestly, this is a very weak, theoretical concern based on one report, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. If you already have a touch of that ACE inhibitor cough, heavy capsaicin use could in theory make it feel more pronounced. If you notice a new or worsening cough, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor rather than stopping anything on your own.
