Here's the simple version: norfloxacin is an antibiotic in the fluoroquinolone family, and one of its quirks is that it can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. That means you may sunburn faster or break out in a rash on sun-exposed skin while taking it. Chenopodium oil (from the epazote plant) has also been linked to photosensitivity, so the concern here is that stacking the two could add up and make your skin even touchier in the sun.

I'll be honest with you, this is a theoretical caution based on how both behave, not on strong studies, so don't panic. Still, it's worth being smart: use sunscreen, cover up outdoors, and run any chenopodium oil use past your pharmacist or doctor first, since this oil isn't recommended for internal use anyway.

Chenopodium oil is a strong-smelling essential oil from the epazote plant that was historically used to treat intestinal worms. It contains ascaridole, a compound that is quite toxic, and overdoses have caused serious harm, so it is no longer recommended for internal use. Safer modern deworming medicines exist, so talk with a pharmacist or doctor before using this oil.
