Here's the simple version: bendroflumethiazide is a water pill (a thiazide diuretic) that helps with blood pressure and fluid. One of its known quirks is that it can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, so you may burn or react more easily on sunny days. Chenopodium oil (from the epazote plant) has also been linked to this kind of sun sensitivity.

Put the two together and, in theory, you could be a bit more prone to sunburn-like skin reactions. I want to be honest though: this is based on how these substances behave, not on solid studies, so the real-world risk is uncertain. Either way, this oil isn't recommended internally because it can be toxic. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before using it.
