Cilazapril is an ACE inhibitor that lowers your blood pressure, often used for high blood pressure or heart-related conditions. The concern here is fairly mild and mostly theoretical: in large or concentrated amounts, coltsfoot might work against your blood pressure medicine, so your readings could creep up and your treatment may not do its job as well.

Honestly, this is based on weak, anecdotal evidence, not solid human studies, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The bigger worry with coltsfoot is its liver-toxic compounds, which is a reason many pharmacists suggest avoiding it altogether. If you're set on using it, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your blood pressure at home.

Coltsfoot is a traditional herb long used to soothe coughs and clear mucus, but solid human evidence for these uses is lacking. More importantly, the raw plant can contain liver-toxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids, so it carries real safety concerns and is best avoided unless you use a product certified to be free of these compounds.
