Here's the thinking behind this one. Avsola (infliximab-axxq) works by calming down an overactive immune system, which is exactly why it helps with conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis. Eleuthero, on the other hand, has been studied as something that may stimulate immune activity. So in theory, the two could work against each other, with eleuthero potentially blunting some of the benefit you're getting from your medication.

I want to be honest about the strength of this concern: it's theoretical, coming from lab and animal studies, not from people taking these two together. We don't have real proof it causes trouble. Still, since Avsola is a serious medication, I'd run any eleuthero supplement past your doctor or pharmacist before starting it rather than guessing.
