Here's the honest take on combining eucalyptus with your amphetamine sulfate (Evekeo, Benzedrine). This one is mostly theoretical. In animal studies, breathing in eucalyptol (the main compound in eucalyptus oil) seemed to lower the amount of amphetamine in the blood. If that held true in people, it could mean your medication works a little less well, so you might notice your focus or attention isn't quite as steady as usual.

I want to stress how thin this evidence is. We don't have human data showing it really happens, and the occasional whiff from a vapor rub or lozenge is very unlikely to throw off your dose. If you regularly use concentrated eucalyptus inhalants and feel your medication isn't doing its job, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
