Here's the gist: Trulicity (dulaglutide) already lowers your blood sugar, and some animal studies hint that eucalyptus leaf may nudge blood sugar down too. If both push in the same direction, you could in theory end up lower than expected, which can show up as shakiness, sweating, dizziness, hunger, or feeling foggy.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It comes from lab and animal work, not human studies, so it's more of a maybe than a proven problem. Inhaling eucalyptus vapor rub or using a lozenge is very unlikely to move your numbers. Swallowing concentrated eucalyptus oil is dangerous on its own and should be avoided regardless. If you take a eucalyptus supplement, keep checking your sugars and run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

What Is Dulaglutide Injection Used For?

Brand name: Trulicity

Trulicity (dulaglutide) injection is used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults and children 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is not for type 1 diabetes.

Trulicity is also used in adults with type 2 diabetes who have established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors to lower the risk of major heart events — specifically cardiovascular death, non-fatal heart attack, or non-fatal stroke.
