Here's the gist with Trulicity (dulaglutide) and agmatine. This isn't about one blocking the other's breakdown. Instead, the concern is that both can nudge blood sugar in the same direction (down). Trulicity already lowers your blood sugar to manage type 2 diabetes, and some early lab and animal work hints that agmatine may have its own mild sugar-lowering effect. Stack the two and you could, in theory, end up a little lower than expected.

I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based mostly on animal studies, not solid human data. Still, it's worth watching for signs of low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion). If you're thinking about adding agmatine, check with your pharmacist or doctor first so they can guide your monitoring.

What Is Dulaglutide Injection Used For?

Brand name: Trulicity

Trulicity (dulaglutide) injection is used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults and children 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is not for type 1 diabetes.

Trulicity is also used in adults with type 2 diabetes who have established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors to lower the risk of major heart events — specifically cardiovascular death, non-fatal heart attack, or non-fatal stroke.
