Here's the simple version: prazosin already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels. Agmatine, mostly in animal studies, seems to nudge blood pressure and heart rate down a little too. So if you stack the two, the worry is that they could add up and drop your pressure more than you want.

What that might feel like with prazosin is dizziness, lightheadedness, or even feeling faint, especially when you stand up quickly (prazosin is known for a 'first-dose' drop in pressure). Keep in mind this interaction is theoretical, based on lab and animal work, not solid human proof, so it may not amount to much. Still, before you add agmatine, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Prazosin hydrochloride capsules are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of serious cardiovascular events, including strokes and heart attacks.
