Here's the simple version. Iloprost (Ventavis) works by relaxing and widening your blood vessels to ease the pressure in your lungs. One of its known effects is that it can also lower your overall blood pressure a bit, which sometimes leaves people feeling lightheaded, dizzy, flushed, or faint. Agmatine, based mostly on animal studies, may gently nudge blood pressure and heart rate downward too.

So the theory is that stacking the two could add up and push your blood pressure lower than you'd like. This is a theoretical concern, not something proven in people, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, since Iloprost already affects blood pressure, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding agmatine, and watch for dizziness if you do.
