Cyproterone Acetate, Ethinyl Estradiol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group False Unicorn interacts with.

In vitro, false unicorn extract inhibits cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) activity. Theoretically, false unicorn might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates. Drugs that might be affected include some calcium channel blockers (diltiazem, nicardipine, verapamil), chemotherapeutic agents (etoposide, paclitaxel, vinblastine, vincristine, vindesine), antifungals (ketoconazole, itraconazole), glucocorticoids, cisapride (Propulsid), alfentanil (Alfenta), fentanyl (Sublimaze), losartan (Cozaar), fluoxetine (Prozac), midazolam (Versed), omeprazole (Prilosec), ondansetron (Zofran), propranolol (Inderal), fexofenadine (Allegra), and numerous others.

Here's the situation with your Diane-35. Both the cyproterone and the ethinyl estradiol in it are cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab (test tube) experiments, False Unicorn appears to slow that enzyme down. If that happened in your body, these hormones could clear out a bit slower and build up slightly, which in theory might mean more estrogen-type side effects like nausea, breast tenderness, headaches, mood changes, or fluid retention.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It's only based on lab data, not real people, so it's quite theoretical. Since hormone therapy already carries a small clot risk, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding this herb rather than just guessing.
