Fludrocortisone falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Greater Celandine interacts with.

Preliminary clinical research suggests that taking a specific semi-synthetic derivative of the greater celandine constituent chelidonine (Ukrain; not available in North America) might stimulate immune responses in cancer patients. Theoretically, taking greater celandine might decrease the effects of immunosuppressive therapy. Immunosuppressant drugs include azathioprine (Imuran), basiliximab (Simulect), cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune), daclizumab (Zenapax), muromonab-CD3 (OKT3, Orthoclone OKT3), mycophenolate (CellCept), tacrolimus (FK506, Prograf), sirolimus (Rapamune), prednisone (Deltasone, Orasone), and other corticosteroids (glucocorticoids).

Here's the gist for Florinef (fludrocortisone). This is a corticosteroid, and one of its jobs is to calm or dampen parts of your immune system. The concern with greater celandine is that some of its compounds may nudge the immune system in the opposite direction, toward being more active. In theory, that could work against what fludrocortisone is doing and slightly blunt its benefit.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes from a lab-altered celandine product that isn't even sold here, so it's mostly a theoretical caution, not something proven in real patients. Honestly, the bigger reason to be careful is greater celandine's link to serious liver injury. Please don't add or stop anything on your own. Loop in your pharmacist or doctor first.
