Here's the simple version: Trulicity already lowers your blood sugar, and Indian Cassia may gently nudge it down too. Stacked together, the two could add up and push your numbers lower than expected. This isn't about the spice changing how your body handles dulaglutide; it's more of an additive blood-sugar effect.

Worth noting, the research showing a real drop used a hefty amount (about 10 grams three times a day) alongside a low-carb diet. The pinch you sprinkle into cooking is unlikely to cause trouble. But if you take concentrated capsules or oils, watch for signs of low blood sugar like shakiness, sweating, or dizziness, and keep checking your levels. Don't change your dulaglutide on your own. What Is Dulaglutide Injection Used For?

Brand name: Trulicity

Trulicity (dulaglutide) injection is used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults and children 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is not for type 1 diabetes.

Trulicity is also used in adults with type 2 diabetes who have established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors to lower the risk of major heart events — specifically cardiovascular death, non-fatal heart attack, or non-fatal stroke.
