Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Ciclesonide
Ciclesonide falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Kefir interacts with.
Kefir contains actively growing bacteria and yeast.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with kefir and your inhaled Ciclesonide (Alvesco, Omnaris, Zetonna). The concern on file is that kefir is a live food, packed with active bacteria and yeast. In people whose immune defenses are dialed down, those live microbes could, in theory, take hold and cause an infection. Ciclesonide is a corticosteroid, and steroids can mildly lower local immune defenses where they land.
That said, this is a very mild situation for an inhaled product. Ciclesonide mostly works right in the airways, not throughout your whole body, so it's far less suppressing than pills or transplant drugs. The warning is also theoretical, based only on lab thinking, not real patient reports. For most healthy folks, enjoying kefir is fine. If your immune system is weakened for other reasons, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Ciclesonide page
“Ciclesonide (Alvesco, Omnaris, Zetonna) is a corticosteroid for asthma and nasal allergies, and even though it is inhaled rather than swallowed, its supplement list warrants genuine care. The body clears it through the CYP3A4 enzyme, and 121 of the 166 ingredients on file nudge that pathway one way or the other.”
