Dirithromycin falls under ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS — the group Lactobacillus Delbrueckii interacts with.

Theoretically, taking Lactobacillus delbrueckii with antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of L. delbrueckii.
Lactobacillus delbrueckii preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. delbrueckii preparations by at least two hours.

Here's the simple version: Dirithromycin (Dynabac) is an antibiotic, and antibiotics don't really care whether the bacteria are the bad kind or the 'friendly' kind in your probiotic. If you swallow your Lactobacillus delbrueckii at the same time as your dose, the antibiotic can wipe out a good chunk of those live organisms before they ever get to work. So this isn't about the drug becoming dangerous, it's about your probiotic being weakened.

The easy fix is timing. Try to space them out by at least two hours. Your Dirithromycin will keep treating your infection just the same. Keep in mind this is a theoretical, pharmacology-based concern rather than something proven in big studies, but it's a sensible habit. Your pharmacist can help you line up the schedule.
