Dr. Brian Staiger, PharmD, BCPS
Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the main worry with combining Ligandrol with Mersyndol: it's really about your liver. The acetaminophen in this product is one of the most common causes of liver strain when taken in high doses, and Ligandrol itself has been tied to liver injury in real-world case reports. Stack the two and you may put more stress on the liver than either alone. To be honest, this is based mostly on anecdotal reports, so it's not a proven, predictable interaction, but it's worth taking seriously.

Watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the right side, nausea, or unusual tiredness. Keep in mind the codeine here can also cause drowsiness and constipation on its own. I'd really encourage you to skip Ligandrol (it isn't an approved supplement) and chat with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
