HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen
Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ligandrol interacts with.
In case reports, patients were diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing ligandrol.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version. Ligandrol (a SARM) has been linked to liver injury in real-world case reports, and the acetaminophen half of Combogesic can also stress the liver, especially in higher doses or with alcohol. Putting two things that can be hard on the liver together may add up. This isn't about one drug speeding up or blocking the other, it's just two separate liver burdens stacking.
Honestly, my bigger concern is the Ligandrol itself, since it isn't an approved supplement and has its own liver risks. Watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. The evidence here is mostly anecdotal, but please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
