Here's the concern with pairing Ligandrol (LGD-4033) and alogliptin (Nesina): it's not about one changing how the other is broken down. Instead, it's about the liver. Ligandrol has been tied to liver injury in real-world case reports, and alogliptin, though usually well tolerated, can in rare cases stress the liver too. Using both could add up and put more strain on that organ.

This is mostly a theoretical, anecdotal worry, so I don't want to alarm you. But it's worth watching for signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, Ligandrol isn't an approved supplement and carries real risks, so please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.

Alogliptin is not used for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis, as it would not be effective in those situations.
