Here's the thing to know about this combo. Your blood pressure pill combines fosinopril with hydrochlorothiazide, and that water pill (the HCTZ part) is well known for making skin more sensitive to sunlight. Lime oil contains compounds that can also react with sun and cause a stronger burn or rash on exposed skin. Put them together and, in theory, you could sunburn more easily.

This concern comes from lab and test-tube data, not from real patient reports, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Eating or drinking lime in normal food amounts is very unlikely to matter. The bigger worry is concentrated lime essential oil applied to skin before sun. Use sunscreen, and check with your pharmacist if you're unsure.
