Here's the gist with labetalol and Manchurian Thorn. This isn't about the supplement changing how much labetalol you have in your body. Instead, the concern is that both can be tough on your liver. In animal studies, high doses of Manchurian Thorn caused some liver damage, and labetalol is one of those blood pressure medicines that can occasionally stress the liver too. Put them together and, in theory, that strain could add up.
I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical worry based on lab and animal data, not on real human cases, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, watch for signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual fatigue, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
