Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin, Pentazocine
Aspirin, Pentazocine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Maritime Pine interacts with.
Clinical research suggests that maritime pine bark extract inhibits platelet aggregation. However, the clinical significance of this effect is unclear.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combination product, Talwin Compound, pairs aspirin (a blood thinner) with pentazocine (a pain reliever). The piece that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin already makes your platelets less sticky, which is how it lowers clotting. Maritime pine bark seems to do something similar in lab and clinical studies, so stacking the two could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.
What that might look like in real life: easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop. To be honest, this is a theoretical concern based on how these work, not strong proof, so don't panic. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding the supplement, especially if you bleed or bruise easily.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Pentazocine page
“Talwin Compound pairs pentazocine, an opioid painkiller, with aspirin, and I read its supplement list with more concern than most. The great majority of entries do one of two things: raise the bleeding risk that aspirin already carries, or deepen the sedation pentazocine causes.”
