ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Caffeine
Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Caffeine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Marjoram interacts with.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The piece of this combo that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. Lab studies suggest marjoram, in concentrated amounts, may do something similar. Stack the two and, in theory, you could bruise more easily, bleed a little longer from a cut, or rarely have stomach bleeding (something aspirin can cause on its own).
Now the honest part: this concern comes from test-tube research only, not from real people, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Sprinkling marjoram on your food is very unlikely to do anything. Concentrated marjoram capsules or essential oil are where I'd be more careful. If you use those regularly, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

- Aromatherapy for stress
Marjoram is a Mediterranean kitchen herb related to oregano that is widely used in food and traditional medicine for digestive, sleep, and respiratory complaints.
