Robaxisal is a combo of aspirin and methocarbamol (a muscle relaxant). The piece that matters here is the aspirin, which already thins your blood by making platelets less sticky. Nattokinase can also nudge your blood toward thinner, since it helps break down clots. Stack the two together and you may bleed a little easier than you would on aspirin alone.

In real life that can look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset, and rarely something more serious. The evidence is mostly lab-based plus one case report, so this isn't a sure thing. Still, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you have any bleeding risk.
